Ip466 One Side/blank Other Side

I was told this pill with IP466 on one side and blank on the other was a form of percocet by a friend who was takin them every 4-6hrs like a narcotic & now Im reading its 800mg ibuprofen. Can you please clarify what this pill actually is? Thank you
