The tablet with the IP 109 marking is manufactured by Amneal Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen.

The FDA classifies this medication as anarcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
