Ip 272 Pill Different Than H 49 Pill ?

I have two different pills with the same name, but different markings. One says ip 272 and the other pill says H 49. Are they the same?

Both contain Sulfamethoxazole 800 mg / Trimethoprim 160 mg, which is a combination antibiotic.
