I cannot post a picture, due to copyright reasons, however, I can tell you that IP 111 should be a white or off white tablet.

It contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen and 5mgs of Hydrocodone, it is a generic for Vicodin. this is a narcotic pain reliever.

Some common side effects include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

I am assuming that since you said it's scored, you meant a tablet, not an actual capsule, is this correct?
