This tablet was manufactured by Amneal Pharmaceuticals and they listed it as containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen, and 5mgs of Hydrocodone. It was a narcotic analgesic used to treat pain, however, this dosage is no longer available on the U.S. market. Such combination prescription medications are now restricted to containing no more then 325mgs of Acetaminophen per dose.
The FDA warns that Hydrocodone carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, constipation, and headache.
