Ig250 (10mg) Escitalopram

Would taking two of the IG250 (10mg) escitalopram be okay? What are the side effects of doing so, etc.? I just want to know if this is safe? I've been so much more anxious!

It can be taken in doses up to 20mgs, but you shouldn't adjust your dosage, without your doctor's approval.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and weight changes.
