Ms franco..I contacted you..I live in Corpus..not too far from border but I recently had a baby and its hard for me to travel now.I used to take acxion and ifa-norex and had great results! Sorry but your way off. You need to eat, you need to exercise properly. You probably could use some digestive enzymes. Your not getting enough essential fatty acids. Wrong carbs at the wrong time. For more info www.lef.org and my email vinceva3[at]msn[dot]com

When do you take the pill in the morning or at lunch time cause i have some and i want to start taking them. i could not find the prescription doctor gave me he also gave me Obeclox . Don't know which one i am suppose to take first can someone please tell me. thanks

I purchased Ifa-Norex and Esbelcaps. I took esbelcaps this morning @ 8:00 and I just took the Ifa-Norex @ 1:30 is that correct, if not, let me know what is the best time to take them.

I would say that it's possible to lose between 5-15 lbs, possibly a few extra if you are working out, that's the key to losing more.

Do u think its possible to lose 15 pds from know till aug 28.I have a wedding on the 29.I have been going to curves since june and up to know ive lost 18pds. I just wish i had taken the pills early

Take Acxion & Norex in the AM, OR you can take one first thing and another before lunch. I took both around 6:30 A.M. this morning. Much stronger than just 1 or the other.

they are the same thing, ifa norex is like the mexican version, but they have the same ingredients.

Yea I really like them so far. I don't know where to get them in Mexico. But that's ok as I'm in the Midwest and I don't mind paying 50/month. It's a lot cheaper than other diet pills and definitely had the least side effects of any I've taken too.
I don't have dry mouth, I'm not jittery. I can't imagine people who take Neobes which is a higher dosage of the ingredient in Norex. 1 pill lasts me all day.
I barely touched my dinner tonight-grilled chicken wrap. I tried to eat but after 3 bites was stuffed. This is going to be a great pill I think.
