Ibuprofin, 600 mg. Yes, it's just a very strong ibuprofin tablet. Over the counter dose is 200 mg. Pain reliever, fever reducer.

NO NOT A VERY STRONG ASPIRIN

This would be equivelent to a very strong ADVIL!

And yes, it is prescription strength.
