I Want To Correct My Dosing Schedule
UpdatedMy doctor put me on hydromorphone Er 8mg yesterday. I read the directions wrong. I am only supposed to take it 1 time a day, but I took it 1 every 12 hours; my last one was at 5am this morning. My question is can I start my correct schedule tonight because I am supposed to take 1 at night time a day?

It would actually be best to skip the next dose, then resume tomorrow at your next dosing time.
