I Took 3 Hrs Too Soon

My directions were 1 every 6 hours but I got up ans by mistake took another 3 hours early. Am I in trouble? It was prescribed because I couldn't get my nausea under control. I had just received a new knee. It is 2 am and I don't know what I should do. I tried to force myself to vomit but that didn't work. Advice?

Hello, LouAnne! How are you? Did you suffer any adverse effects?

With many medications, the FDA says that being a few hours off isn't a major issue, as long as you don't continue doing so… however, you forgot to mention what medication you're taking, so I can't be certain.
