If my parents test me using a Walgreens kit then I'm fine because it doesn't test for benzos but I need to know if I'll be fine if I have to go to a facility today or tomorrow. I ran 3 miles in 90 degree heat today and I've already drank a gallon of water. I'm 5'7, 130 lbs and of young age. I never take them so I don't have any stored already in my body fat. I'm probably 2%-4% body fat. Any suggestions or personal stories?

I'm 5ft 5in and weigh 170lbs. I get tested at the suboxone clinic... I took a 0.5mg Xanax. Do you think the xanax will show up in my urine?? I've got 13 days till the test.... Will i be okay?
