Do you take your lorazepam on an empty stomach or have it with meals? NIH.gov states that this medication may be taken with or without food. But I'd be curious to know if certain foods have any affect on its absorption rate or whether the speed of your metabolism impacts how quickly its excreted?
The half life of lorazepam is listed at 12 hours all the way up to 18 hours for its metabolite; which tells me that it should be present on any lab work within this time frame (provided that they are looking for benzodiazepine class drugs).
What type of lab work is it; blood work? And is it for anything specific such as a red blood cell count, etc?
