I Stopped Using Contraceptive Pill And My Period Is Delayed Why?

My name is beauty am 28, I was placed on birth control pill by my doctor due to irregular menstrual flow.And ve been on it for 8 months now but since I noticed that my flow is now regular I decided to stop in May n in may I saw my period but I didn't see it in June.I did pregnancy test n it was negative,I can even feel d sign but is just not coming out. Pls wat can I do am scared.

First of all, please calm down. Skipping your period isn't a bad thing and it isn't harmful. You took this hormonal based contraceptive for months, then just suddenly went off of it, so you've likely thrown your natural hormones off balance and it may take a few months for them to balance back out on their own.

And it was this medication that was causing them to be regular, there is no guarantee that your original problem is gone.
