I had sex with my girlfriend but i don't know whether my sperm entered or not.. I bought her i-pill and she took it after 72hrs... Will the i-pill gona work or not.?

i had previously taken i pill , but it was only once in one month now i had 3 i pill in one month, will it have any side effect . But after having the 3 i pill , i still had my periods as usual.
