I am prescribed 80 mg of xycodone and 8 mg of dilaudid a day. My urine came back as >4000 of oxycodone and 82 of hydrocodone and hydromorphone, codeine, morphine, 6_AM, all came back <20. Is this too high?

did a random pain management profile 2 my results were all negative except hydrocodon 718 norhydrocodone 2456 hydromorphonoe 314. whst are these condidered high? or low? or good results. sith a dose 1-2 o5 5mg 325 every 6 hours. my doctor hasnt mentioned anything.
