I Need The Mfg Name Of Phendimetrazine Of The Blue Pill

.The light blue round with 3 5* and a Crescent moon on the other side, it is phendimetrazine but does anyone know the manufacturer name? I'm looking for the same pill mfg.

I can't find a listing for a Phendimetrazine tablet with this marking, but the crescent moon logo is one that's used by Actavis Pharmaceutics.
