I Need Someone To Help Me Out Please!

I've got a white, round pill with the imprint FR32 No one seems to know what it is, I lost the bottle that it came in so I have no idea what it's called and I've search the internet and can't find it. Can someone please help me find out what pill this is?

Is the marking possibly FR 33?

There is a tablet with that marking that is manufactured by Unifirst First Aid Corporation, which they list as containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a generic, or store brand of Tylenol. NDC: 47682-0157

Its typical side effects may include nausea, dizziness, and headache.
