I Need Help Identifying This Medication

I found this big blue pill that a friend gave me I have herniated disc in multiple places she told me its for pain. But I'm not sure it's a big round blue pill and it says IKA I need help want to make sure. I've never seen this kind of pill before please help me !!!:(

It sounds like paracetemol with codeine, similar to Tylenol with codeine. Info here:
