I Moved From Ct. To Va. And Now I Can't Find A Dr. Please Help

I have degenerative disc disease to mention only one of my many problems with my back..I have been on narcs for this problem for 23 years.I cannot find a Dr in the Lynchburg,Va area that can continue with my meds.I will even travel a state if need be.Please if anyone can help me with a name of a Dr. that can assist me I would appreciate any help you could give...
