I Just Started On Phentermine 37.5

Hi I just started this pill today an I have a headache, my mouth is so dry i have drinked 3 bottles of water is that good or not can someone help me or should I stop..........

Those can be normal side effects of Phentermine, since it is a stimulant, they should settle down in a couple weeks, once your body gets used to the medication. You may also experience nausea and insomnia.
