I Have Taken Fluconazole 50 Instead Of Fluconazole 150.

I have prescribed to take fluconazole 150 in a week . But accidentally I have bought a single fluconazole 50 capsule from market and taken it. Can I take a capsule of 150 gm in the next day ?? Will it cause any serious problem for such kind of mistake ??
