I Have 50mg Of Oxycodone In My System From Yesterday And A Urine Test On 2-3 Days

I weigh 104 pounds and I have a very high metabolism. I'm on probation. I have chronic back and knee pain and so I take percocet with tylonol in it every once in awhile. Lately I've been hurting even worse and so yesterday I had about 30 mg of percocet in me and today (Tuesday) I took 20mg. I'm expecting a urine test on thursday. Is there any way I can pass it? And no, I'm not a pill head, I don't take them to get high, I take them for my pain. Will somebody please help me? I can't get locked up again because my mother has to have another neck surgery soon and I need to be there for her.

If you have a prescription written in your name I don't see a problem. If you are using them illegally I see terrible times ahead
