I Get My Period On The Blue Pills

Im just confused as to this pack and if I'm doing something wrong.

My period has started on the 2 white pills and 2 pink pills before but that didn't last. It now always comes on 3rd week during the blue pills instead of from what I've been reading the "2 white 2 pink pills" and it's longer then I've ever had it? What am I doing wrong?

Hello, Christina! How are you?

You're not doing anything wrong, if you're taking all of the active blue pills around the same approximate time each day.

Irregular bleeding can occur for the first 3 months, or so, while your body is getting used to the hormones in this oral contraceptive. If it's been longer than 3 month, it may not be the right one for you and you may need to try a different one.

Other typical side effects listed by the FDA may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache and PMS-like symptoms.

Is there anything else I can help with?
