I Failed A Drug Test For Phenobarbital

I failed for Phenobarbital-60mg and the only drugs I had taken were Diurex-a water caplet,Mucinex D-600mg Guaifensin and 60mg Pseudoephedrine Extended Release Bi Layer Tablet,Ibuprofen-800 mg,and Acetaminophen-500mg.Truthfully I have never taken anything like this before never have I even heard of this drug till now.So if there is anyone out there that can help me it would be very appreciative.Thanks and it might also keep me out of jail so please help.

I was researching ways in which you may be able to dispute a false positive and I came up on the following information:

"There is specific testing, such as that done by a gas chromatograph mass spectrometer, which has the ability to distinguish the exact substance in question. This type of testing is not initially performed because of cost, but, is often a follow-up option for those facing serious consequences such as a job loss or jail time."

If you're able to I would also ask your doctor if additional testing may be done on the original sample so that a second sample may be taken. Unfortunately, the standard drug tests typically used for screenings lack the sensitivity to distinguish beyond the basic structures of the drug, and more often that not, it tends to shows up wrong.
