I Don't Know How To Take The Pills
UpdatedI'm taking ciprofloacin every 12 hours plus metronidazole every 8 hrs. tonight I have to take one at 11 pm and the other at 12:30 can I take both at 12:30?

Yes, that is fine, the times don't have to be 100% precise, just as long as you don't miss a dose, or take them too far apart. Unless your doctor has given you some reason why the dosing intervals must be exact.
The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, and diarrhea.
