I Am Training Really Hard

I am training really hard, but I don't get sore after. Could this be because of the xeralto.

I doubt it, Xeralto is actually reported by the FDA as causing aches and pains as side effects in some people that take it.

As to your training, are you usually doing the same things at the same intensity? Because, if so, then it is normal for your body to get used to it and stop getting so sore and achy.
