I had a very unique type of injury happened to mewhen I was in a salon chair and I used the foot stare up as usual to get up as I felt the force and momentum of the chair falling with me towards me on me. I had no choice but to save my face and throw my right forearm and hand up onto the ledge of the station. At the time of the negligence the injury appeared to be located mostly in my neck upper back torn ACL and sprained ankle. Well it turned out that I also had cervical radiculopathy that is adult sharp constant pain.
so very unfortunately and traumatising was the death of my daughter six months ago.each individual injury worked into its own monster and then seemed to all come together into a very permanent nerve damage in way also causing poly neuropathy where I had sustained 025 reflexes in my right breast and in my right ankle.going from an athlete to a person in a wheelchair has been agonizing not to mention the fact that I cannot cut the pain of my physical and my emotional and half anymore with a knife they all run into each other and it is just atrocious the only relief I get is when I am on fentanyl patch usually 100 and 50 micrograms and also taking approximately 5 percocet 30 milligrams for breakthrough pain per day. This is A regimen in which I found works best with gabapentin I have recently been on 2400 milligrams per day. To help me through this I need somebody who will NOT just think "addict addict addict".... it's so annoying BCUZ these MEDs and pain relievers are made for a reason! I cannot imagine this trauma not fitting into that category. A Mother and Athlete losing her HEART AND SOUL AND BODY along with identity in a full sweep is HORRENDOUS AND DOESN'T HAVE A WORD.

Hello, Dania! How are you doing? I am so very sorry for the loss of your daughter and for how much pain you're in.
On top of treating your pain, I strongly urge you to speak to a psychiatrist or counselor. It is a well known fact that mental stress and depression can cause or contribute to pain making it worse. Some help there, after what you've been through, might enable you to rely on less pain medications.
Fentanyl and Oxycodone are narcotic analgesics, so they have the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
Gabapentin is an anticonvulsant that can help with some mood disorders and certain type of nerve pain. Its side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, mood swings and weight changes.
As to helping you find the help you need, what is your general location? That information might enable someone to recommend a good doctor in you area.
