A friend of mine started keppra two weeks ago. In those two weeks, she has had violent rages toward her friends and family, she's been going from euphoric to depressed several times a day.... The real problem is that she doesn't think anything is wrong, and refuses to speak to a doctor about it. Does anybody know if there is a way for me to report her reactions to her doctor? The only other two people left in her life at this point are also refusing to help.

Yes, you can contact her doctor and let them know. They cannot discuss her medical information with you, but you can fill them in on what's happening.
Keppra is actually very well known to cause personality changes like that in some people that take it, as listed by the FDA, and most are warned by their doctors to stop taking it, immediately, if they experience it as it will not go away and could continue to get worse. It happened to my husband, when he tried it and he had to switch to a different medication.
