I Am Pregnant For 8 Monnths But My Tsh Report Is 5 19 Is It Harmful

i'm taking thyrox-20 for 2 years. my tsh level was high. that's why my doctor prescribed me taking 2 tablets a day. now i am pregnant but feel some abnormalities like abdominal pain, feel warmer etc. is it harmful for baby/pregnancy?
