I am using the oralcon teplets and I am now on the forth red pill and still I am not on my piriods culd I be pregnent?

No I have not consalt the doctor yet but I am planning to get a pregnency test so I can see if I am pregnent or not! So if I am not pregnent do I continue taking the white pill evin if I dint go to my piriods?
