I Am Hiv Positive And My 8 Weeks Baby Is Negative (Top voted first)

My 8 weeks baby is taking Ilvitrim suspension. The nurses at the clinic says I should give her 2.5m once daily and the pharmacists says I should give her 2.5ml every 12 hours acording to what is wriiten on the leaflet. Meanwhile, she has rash around her body even before the start of the ilivitrim. Please advice

In this case, you're not fighting an infection, as per the directions the pharmacist is reading, you're trying to prevent one, so it would be best to follow the nurse's instructions, unless a doctor tells you otherwise.

The U.S. FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.

A rash is very common in infants, their skin tends to be very sensitive. Have you had the nurse look at it?
