UpdatedUm topic describes it mostly but i exercise i play football baseball i run do track but i don't gain muscle my friend has a 4 pack why cant i gain muscle i do so much exercise its not funny no weight lifting crunches pushups none of that but shouldnt sports be enough for someone my age please tell me for me to gin muscle remember i take vyvanse

Vynase can cause weight loss, but doesn't really have any effect on muscle mass.
Some people are just naturally not made to build up large muscles, there may be nothing you can do about it.
How is your health otherwise? Do you have energy and no problems performing sports and regular activities?

It's important to know that vyvanse is a class of amphetamines, which is a stimulant that has a side effect of appetite loss/weight loss. I am currently studying sports nutrition so this is an interesting topic for me.
It can be difficult to have the desire to intake the nutrients that your body needs to grow when you don't have the desire to eat, but this is key especially in muscle development. I would suggest using a non-stimulant pre workout supplement (BCAAs and Arginine) about 20 minutes before you work out, this will open your blood vessels and allow your muscles to recieve the energy you need and increase ATP levels for the explosive bursts you will need in football. In addition, you NEED TO EAT! you cannot gain muscle without the energy supply to do so. You may not have the natural edge to be a biggest guy on the field but this hopefully will get you some results.
You need to consume a ton of protein to gain muscle if you are doing that much exercise. Get a protein supplement like Muscle Milk - either the Ready to Drink kind or the protein powder and mix yourself.
2 grams to 2.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight per day for your age and exercise amount.
