Diarrhea can be a side effect of antibiotics, along with nausea, dizziness, headache and non-allergic skin rash, as listed by the FDA.
However, C. Difficile can be deadly, if you let it continue untreated. Your doctor would not have prescribed it, if they though there was a dangerous risk to you.
How long will you be taking it?
