R-Cinex contains the active ingredients Isoniazid and Rifampicin, which are usually used to treat TB infection.
It actually hasn't been tested for being used during pregnancy, however, there would be a much greater risk if you had TB and didn't treat it properly, because that would endanger the lives of both you and your baby.
Have you spoken to your doctor about your concerns?
