You need an air cast for your ankle sprain. Had a bad one and Air Cast was only thing that helped.

Mitch you mentioned MRI not showing pain, however, it does show the cause(Es) of the pain. The extent of trauma will equate to the scale of the pain. Add to that the variables of tolerance to pain, environmental exacerbators, mental health in general and primary to dx and length of time having the issue(Es). Being an Ortho's son, well seems you'd think of that. JS
