OXYCODONE is on the hot list..its called blues and many other names..u can sell them for big bucks..its smoked, IV'ed, ect..get a different med. with same ingredient in it..oxycodone is (in my neck of the woods) the most sought after med on the street..people are wigging out for it..i get the gov. crack down, people r dieing.. BUT, that's why your drug levels should be checked before you get ur pills..if u need them, instead of this shortage crap, u should be able to get them with a legal script, from ur DR. and go to any pharmacy to get it filled..without feeling like an addict.. and get checked every month to make sure ur taking them..whats the problem. the law is there.. us chronic pain people r getting screwed cuz of the jackasses that sell there meds..its not right or fair to us..cut out the bad drs. check patients who get pain meds, if its not in there system..there gone..its not rocket science..don't punish us all for a few knuckleheads..PLEASE.(I went to 21 pharmacies last month trying to find my meds)..this is just stupid..thx Obama
ALL of you that have been having issues with your pharmacy refusing to, price gouging, partial fill, etc. regarding your pain medications, HERE IS AN OPPORTUNITY to DO SOMETHING.
I have posted info before about the American Pain Foundation (will include again), BUT, PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT, and visit this link to sign a PETITION to support our rights to fill LEGAL PRESCRIPTIONS in the state of FL, and PLEASE FORWARD this petition to as many people that you think would support this issue that is now a crisis.

The second link is for a SURVEY to convey the issues you may have had with pharmacies in FL. This is very important to make sure our voices are heard.

So if you or someone you know are having problems with your Pain Management and/or problems filling your medication, it is time to start getting together so our voices can be heard. One foundation I know of, The American Pain Foundation, is a good place to start. (painfoundation.org). Find your leader for the American Pain Foundation by going to the the website, click get involved. A drop down list appear, click leaders. This will take you to a map of the country and click on your state. Your leaders email address will be shown. The one in Lithia/Tampa area is handling this situation. Email her and she will fill you in on what's being done about your problem. For those in FL, there is also an APF Florida Facebook page, for support and (run by FL APF Leader-Search- American pain foundation action network florida- Go to the group page. You will have to be added as a member. This is a closed group for privacy. Make sure you choose group NOT page. ) and working together to be heard. Hope to see you there. I have post this way because we can not give contact info on here.
We need to be heard, and protect our legal rights. Florida is in a crisis right now as many are turned away, lied to, profiled etc.. This isn't going to change. It is NOT the pharmacist's job to determine if we actually deserve the medication, that decision is up to our DR.s. For those of you that have been experiencing these problems, PLEASE take a moment to first SIGN the PETITION, and forward it along,
And again, ALSO, please fill out the SURVEY (links provided) with your experiences with your pharmacy(s), so we can clearly explain the type of problems we are having. If we don't stand up and speak up, we have no one to blame but ourselves. We do not want FL to end up like Washington State (please research), and we are well on our way, as they have taken so many liberties (DEA, Politicians, Pharmacies, Health Care field) away...even when we have this PMDP database that is suppose to make it better, IT IS NOT.
THANK YOU!
Hi Jason,
There are a few legitimate online pharmacies that may be able to fill your prescription. Initially I would consider searching around google for one's that require a doctor to review your prescription at the time of checkout and you should have the order validated within a short matter of time. I personally haven't used this method for getting a prescription, but I know there are a handful of sites out there that are safe and legal to order from amongst the swarm of bad ones.
To find out if an online pharmacy is licensed, is in good standing, and is located in the United States, contact NABP at: www.nabp.net.
Legitimate pharmacies that carry the VIPPS seal are listed at:

Quick Tips for Buying Online
* Make sure the site requires a prescription and has a pharmacist available for questions.
* Buy only from state-licensed pharmacies. The National Association of Boards of Pharmacies has more information about licensing and its program to certify online pharmacies.
* Don't provide personal information such as credit card numbers unless you are sure the site will protect them.

Hope this information helps!
If they will let you fill out of county? Try Bradenton. Take 41 down to 57th avenue and take a right, there will be one just on your right as you turn. They usually have and do take insurance. There is one past there also. Stay on 57th and follow it until you hit 26th street, should be the 1st or 2nd light, take a right. There will be one on your left, just before you hit 53rd avenue.
First of all I think you've been flagged maybe you've been going to too many pharmacys and now they auto tell you they don't have them its a possible explanations why they are saying no.
