I Have Not Taken 4mg Hydormorphone But Was Just Merely Asking About It

Like I said, I have not taken the 4mg Hydomorphone, but just wanted to know what the affects and side effects are.

I forget to mention that I am allergic to sulphur, so does this medication have sulphur in it?

Hydromorphone is a generic for Dilaudid, which is a potent narcotic analgesic.

As to whether or not it has sulfur, it is not an active ingredient in it, however, I can't double check any inactive substances, without knowing the specific manufacturer, since this is a generic that is made by several different companies. However, if your pharmacy is aware of your allergy, they should check it for you.

Side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, constipation and dry mouth.
