It is generic Norco, a narcotic pain killer. If you found this in your kids room, you really need to do some questioning. Abuse of this drug can result in overdose and death.

Tablets with the marking of M 366 are listed by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals as containing 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone, and 325mgs of Acetaminophen.

The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, drowsiness, and dry mouth.
