With only the numbers 3109, I am assuming you only found part of the capsule?
If found 2 possibilities, but only one of them uses gray as part of the capsule and it would have contained 325mgs of Acetaminophen, 50mgs of Butalbital, 40mgs of Caffeine and 30mgs of Codeine. It is most commonly used to treat Migraines.
Side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and dry mouth.
