I do maintain a proper diat, do regular exercise & morning walk. can anybody suggest any better idea to bring the sugar lebel to control.

According to my knowledge, it is better to done lipid profile..due to triglycerides n cholesterol levels also blood glucose cant be maintain in normal values..
