hello... iam suffering frm hypothyroidism my tsh levels are14 t3 &t4 is normal my weight is 76 kgs iam 23 year old married recently 5 months back iam using thyronorm 50mcg frm past 1 & half month can u suggest me diet for reducing my weight

my tsh level is 8.3 t3 t4 are normal.should i take medicine ?
