Restoril and hypnotil are both tamazepam caps just different brand/manufacturers,usually both 30mg pk tamazepam but not consistent in actual content mg wise.I,d say hypnotil brand is slightly better imoa....

Rohypnol actually contains the active ingredient Flunitrazepam and Restoril contains Temazepam, the Flunitrazepam is known to be much more potent than most of the others.
It is due to its severe potency and effects that it came to be known as the date rape drug.
