Hydroxyzine 25mg With Tramadol 50mg

My dosage on Tramadol is 50mg. Can I take Hydroxyzine 25mg safely with this other medication?

You should not take them together, unless your doctor has told you to do so. Taking them both together could cause depression of the central nervous system, according to the FDA. It could depress it to the point of being fatal.

Are these the only medications you take?
