I am currently taking 1-100mg of lamictal once a day, 1-25mg of celexa a day, and 1-.25mg of xanax 3-4 times a day. Is it safe to also take the 1-25mg of hydroxyz pam for sleeping at night?

The interaction that I'm finding listed is between the Xanax and the Hydroxyzine, since they both can cause depression of the central nervous system, combining them can increase the risk of that occurring.
CNS depression could result in shallow breathing, lowered pulse rate, severe sedation and, in extreme cases, completely circulatory/respiratory shut down.
