Hydromorphone Urine Test Opiates

I have been on a pain management program with the same doctor for a long time. My doctor is aware that I am an opiate addict. She prescribes me sixteen 15 mg oxycodone instant release tablets per day, which I ALWAYS take orally. My pain doc is aware that I like to take marijuana, but has recently had me sign a pain contract in which I agreed not to ingest any other substances, including marijuana, with the exception of the medication I am prescribed. My doc made it very clear that she would drop me as a patient altogether if I did not follow these rules. Until today, I was doing great abiding by these terms. However, I really messed up and took four 8mg hydromorphones about ten seconds before my phone rang with my doc's assistant on the other end of the line informing me that my doctor had ordered a random urine analysis test from me to be given to them within 24 hours. I just want to freaking scream! Anyway, I was just wondering if anyone might have any suggestions for me as a way that I can possibly pass my urine test tomorrow. If not, does anyone have any suggestions as to what I could possibly say to my doctor in order to convince her not to just cut me off altogether? By the way, I've had one pain doc before this one; I used her for four years...maybe five...but she dropped me as a patient because she had taken enough of my addiction and it's deceptiveness. What I'm trying to say is, I feel lucky to have the current doctor that I have, and I really do not want to lose her too...especially for such a dumb, one time mistake. Anyone got any helpful advice? PS. Please only respond if you think you have a worthy idea. I'm way too bummed right now to deal with anyone's stupidity. I've got enough of stupidity of my own to deal with. Thanks & God Bless

I have two thoughts. First, I have chronic, painful migraines, which sometimes force me to the ER. In the ER they usually give me IV Dilaudid. I have a contract with my Dr., and he is okay with my getting narcs at ER as long as I don't take a script for them. He never checks with the ER. The second way I do not think is a great idea and I have never tried. This will only work if they don't watch you pee. Use a friends pee. (make sure they take an oxy, don't worry about how much they take because the test does not show a concentration). Put their pee in a double zipper plastic bag. (make sure most of the air is out, the excess air causes most problems, noises, leaks, skills and pops). Use masking tape or duct tape to attach to your skin, preferably under your waist band. (this keeps the sample well hidden as well as body temperature, a lot of people get caught because they don't know or forget the temperature part). Never throw the zip lock baggie away at the office. If they suspect, the quickest way is to look in trash for incriminating facts. You only need 2-3 ounces for the sample. I hope this helps some.
