Hydromorphone K3

its a little thick white pill with k3 on it and the other side has a big plus sign what is this i was told they started making them for hydromorphones but ive only heard of 2mg,4mg,8mg16mg

The listing I'm finding for the tablet with the K3 marking and the scoring on the opposite side lists it as containing 25mgs of Promethazine, which is a type of antihistamine that's commonly used to nausea and dizziness.
