Hydrocortisone 7.5-325 Is Equal To Methadone Hcl 10?

I take methadone hcl 10 MG tab for Fibromyalgia. I have hydrocortisone Apap 7.5 325MG tab as a backup to help when the pain gets too intense. But I'm out of town and I'm out of methadone. I have hydroco. My question to you is, how many hydroco do I need to take a day to equal to the methadone. I'm take the methadone 4 times a day.

There is really no way to compare the two and give you an equivalent dosage. It also doesn't contain Hydrocortisone, the narcotic opiate in it is Hydrocodone.

The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming, it may also cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, constipation, and headache.

How often have you been told to take the Hydrocodone? What are the prescribing instructions?
