Hydrocodone is a narcotic opiate and the APAP is medical speaks for Acetaminophen, they are the 10 and 500mgs respectively.

However, this is a generic for Vicodin, or Norco and the generics are manufactured by several different companies, so I can't provide you any details on the inactive ingredients, without knowing the manufacturer of your specific tablets.
