This is a generic for Vicodin or Lortab, which contains Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone and the directions are usually to take it every 4 to 6 hours, as needed.
Since it has the Acetaminophen in it, there is also usually the caveat in the directions to not exceed 8 of them in any 24 hour period and not to combine it with any other medications containing Acetaminophen.
