I have prescription for oxycodone and I have been taking hydrocodone. I got drug tested and it was the kind they send to a lab to get results. Will I pass with the script or fail? ## Hydro comes up as opiate and oxy has to be tested for separately, sorry to say if you come up positive for opiate, they will know you took something other than oxy ## I just got tested at pm doc urine but i think they bagged it to send to lab i am prescribed percocet but ran out been taking lortab 7.5 for a few days will they know the difference they didnt tell me there was a problem gave me my script and told me i could just pick up my regular script next month wouldn't they have to tell me if test was crazy

I've taken Hydrocodone 10/325 for years for chronic back pain. With it being moved to a class 2 from class 3 I cannot get my med. Filled. I ask my doctor to change/rewrite script For 7.5 hydrocodone,why does the 7.5 script seem stronger than the 10/325. Has the formulas changed. It's crazy what's happening to Chronic pain suffers all over the nation! Any advice is helpful. Why is one melagram of the same medication plentiful and others of the same medication not. I took 1on sunday.8 days later i took a dot drug test.well it show up.thats the first in many weeks ## i havent been taking my hydrocodone i have a urine test in 2 days will 4 10mg be enough to test positive ## I am in a pain clinic and they give me a urine test every time i go. Well i ran out early.i was able to come up with three norco 10s will i be ok if i take them three or four hours ahead of time? ## If I take a #10 hydrocodone the night before a urine test the following day, will it show up in my urine test? ## Does norco and vicidon come up the same on a drug screen? ## Did it I've got same problem I've got test for Watson 853 but don't have so got m367 and I have drug test ## 1, ONE will be enough! My daughter has been going to a pain management physician for a few years and approximately 2 and a half months ago she an out of her oxycodone and a friend gave her two hydrocodones. Today (2 1/2) months later her urine screen showed positive for hydrocodone and they are sending it to the lab for confirmation. They did say that they have had several false positives with the urine cups lately. They use highly sensitive testing. Is there anyway possible for it to show up in her system that long after she took it? ## What is a modified urine drug screen? I am just trying to find out how much ten of these tablets will cost me to get filled but no one will post the price they post everything but freakin pain pills! ## Hi, they will cost less than a dollar each. Go to walmart the prices are better, more like .50 each. ## Sorry you had such a frustrating experience. The reason most places don't list prices for any controlled substance is due to the risk of theft, they don't actually want to put it out there and have people know whether or not they carry them. However, from what I'm finding, the current price for the 5/325 tablets runs about 60cents each on average, of course that will vary from area to area, but you should be looking for a pretty cheap price if you're just getting 10 of them. I have used hydrocodone for more than 15 yrs, due to lupus and fibromyalgia. I want to get off it and was wondering: if I go into detox, will they then put me on drug replacement therapy? I take 30-40 mg of hydro./day (3-4 Norco) but I don't go buy pills or dr. shop - that is my RX ## I would recomend cymbalta it works for depression anxiety and fibromyalgia. So it works for the pain strangley enough and puts you in a good mood not like other antidepresants. I would recomend to keep some of the norcos or a lesser narcotic for breakthrough pain for say the morning or night when the pain is at it's worst. ## I've been taking them for 12 years due to lower back pain and pain from Multiple Sclerosis. I need to know how much I can take over so many hours and I need to know when I can take the next one? ## This tablet is manufactured by Teva Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 500mgs of Penicillin VK, which is an antibiotic. This does not contain Hydrocodone, nor any other type of narcoctic. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, diarrhea, and non-allergic skin rash. Is there anything else I can help with?

My 30lb terrier mix is in heart failure and has been taking one half a pill once daily for approx 6 months. Last night and today her cough is constant. I cannot get ahold of her Vet. Is it safe to up her Hydrocodone? How much can I give her. (I plan on putting her to sleep on Tuesday at home w/ our Vet. Thank You!!(. heart breaking )

This is to answer the question is there a higher dose form of norco the answer is yes it's called Zohydro it was made here in San Diego and has been approved by the Fda and Sea but it might be hard to find and the insurance company might not cover it, it's and extended version kinda like oxycontin for oxycodone and it comes in different doses. Fact not fiction. ## Just to clarify, Zohydro only contains Hydrocodone, in a time released formulation. It does not contain Acetaminophen, like Norco does. My Dr prescribed hydrocodone a month ago. I took one pill and immediately got extremely dizzy and nauseous. I did not take any more of them but am still dizzy and nauseous if I move too much or too fast. Even reading or watching tv and having things move is making me sick. I would like to know if this is normal or OK to still be dealing with this and what if anything could help? ## No, it is not normal to continue experiencing such side effects, if you have not continued taking it. I take 1 a day an need to know if this will hinder my drug test for employment. If so is there anything i can do to make sure I pass test. Do I need to stop takin and for how long until i should take test ## It depends on the lab and the employer. Some labs ask for disclosure of meds before you pee, others wait until it comes back positive to follow up with you regarding wether or not you have a script. You might even want to get a docs note to take with you, or if you only take one av day and can go without for a few days, I'd go that route.Drink lots of water. I've been taking 10-325 hydrocodone/acetaminophen for 3yrs now, 3 times per day and I am still experiencing back pain! Can I ask my dr. for more pills per day? ## I think the best way to approach this is to just tell them that your pain is not under control, then let them make the decision from there, that way you avoid looking like a drug seeker. I'm presently taking Hydroco/APAP 7.5/325 which are white with 1P115 stamped on it. I was previously taking hydrocodone which were peach colored. With the white ones they are not as strong. I have to take two to get relief from chronic pain. With the peach colored ones I could take one and worked fine. Why would they be different if suppose to be same thing? Confused? ## Mine is different....I am also trying to figure out why the peach 750/325 are not working as well as the White!!! I have a badly sprained hand and possible fracture. I took Ibuprofen 800 mg an hour and a half ago. I suffered a bad L-3 injury back in '94 and was prescribed hydrocodone for the pain. I have been keeping in control with exercise and a good diet. I am currently an Electronics Engineer in Afghanistan as a US contractor for the past 6 years. I recently reinjured my back and am trying to get prescribed the medication without having to take the risk of going home for treatment and losing my position. Is there a way of acquiring a doctors prescription without traveling back to the States. My records can be obtained through my VA to verify the injury, prior prescriptions, and treatment that I have received. Thank you.

I didn't know I took it. it looked like a tylenoL. iT WAS ABOUT 28 HOURS LATER i WAS TESTED through escreen. ## if i took 3 hydrocodone 750 through out the day and u have a urine drug test will i pass it in 2 days havent took hydrocodone before ## I don't want to scare you but you may fail.But if you have a clean record you should tell the truth about what happened to your work place or who ever .You should have called and told them right awayThe truth will set you free-

I only have 3 10mg hydrocodone left in script. I have a drug screen in 2 days. My system is clean but I need to have a positive test for it. When should I take it for it to show up in test? ## Take just one a day and you will be fine.And within two days for sure,and not to much water or juice before you go test
